Delivery

We ship all orders using Royal Mail.
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email.

UK Shipping (Royal Mail)

• Flat rate shipping: £4.99 per order

International shipping is charged as:

• £18.99 per order

• + £3 per item

International delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Important Information

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by seasonal demand, Royal Mail delays, or customs.

• Please double-check your delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may need to cover reshipping costs.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used grooming products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• The customer is responsible for method of postage. We recommend using a tracked service.
